TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving hirify.global's growth by partnering with Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline and create customer relationships. Focus on creative outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach to engage key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts.

Location: +/-4 hours Pacific Time

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Drive cold outreach into enterprise accounts through calls, emails, and creative multi-channel sequences.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify key decision-makers, map accounts, and develop targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, uncover needs and challenges, and route qualified opportunities to the right AE.
  • Develop distinct, value-based outreach, test new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Share successful outreach strategies with the wider sales team.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Leadership and Enablement to continuously improve our go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • Outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and collaborate.
  • High degree of resilience to bounce back from setbacks.
