Salary: $300,000 - 350,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating product value to technical teams.
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts.
- Stay updated on product and industry trends to educate customers on GenAI adoption.
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success.
- Negotiate pricing, deal terms, and manage legal contracts.
- Provide customer insights to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
- Help define and iterate on sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with empathy and curiosity.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
- Driven and solutions-oriented approach to sales.
- Passion for generative AI and navigating a rapidly evolving industry.
