Salary: $300,000 - 350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating product value to technical teams.
  • Drive proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts.
  • Stay updated on product and industry trends to educate customers on GenAI adoption.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success.
  • Negotiate pricing, deal terms, and manage legal contracts.
  • Provide customer insights to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Help define and iterate on sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with empathy and curiosity.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Driven and solutions-oriented approach to sales.
  • Passion for generative AI and navigating a rapidly evolving industry.
