Technical Account Manager (Safety Technology): Accelerating time-to-value and strengthening long-term adoption for Safe City accounts by serving as the primary technical resource and internal product expert. Location: Remote (USA) with up to 70-80% travel required

Salary: $150,000 base

What you will do

• Serve as the technical point of contact for agency users, triaging and resolving or escalating technical issues.
• Deliver tailored onboarding and refresher trainings (virtual and on-site).
• Own and execute "Train the Trainer" programs to scale agency enablement.
• Act as an internal product expert, supporting Customer Success Managers with knowledge and technical answers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to document customer pain points and improve product features.
• Support testing and rollout of new features with key customer partners.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 70-80%.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong customer support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience delivering technical training and enablement programs.
• Ability to act as an internal product Subject Matter Expert and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
