TL;DR

Lead Customer Success: Managing and growing hirify.global' largest accounts by minimizing churn, driving product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities, with an accent on proactively guiding customers' technical adoption journey and enabling demonstrable business value. Focus on building strong relationships with executive leadership, managing account strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to accelerate customer's time-to-value.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $112,000–$147,000 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships with Mid-Market & Enterprise customers to minimize churn and drive expansion.
  • Partner with account managers to define account penetration, engagement, renewal, and growth strategy.
  • Analyze customer product usage data to mitigate risk and improve product adoption and business value.
  • Collaborate with internal account teams and executives (Sales, Renewals, Product, Engineering) on overall platform success.
  • Apply domain/technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform to remove blockers and support customer success plans.
  • Act as the customer's primary liaison, handling complaints and escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, consulting).
  • Experience managing Mid-Market and/or Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience working with multiple levels of customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of identifying and collaborating on expansion opportunities with sales.
  • Functional domain/technical knowledge of CX or EX solutions.
  • High-level understanding of enterprise architecture principles and IT application landscape.
