TL;DR

What you will do

  • Take full responsibility for customer success post-onboarding, driving adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and mentor three teams focused on product implementation and customer success.
  • Drive retention and expansion of customer relationships through strategic engagement.
  • Guide organizations from C-suite to end-user for seamless platform integration and product adoption.
  • Own the customer journey post-onboarding to ensure long-term success and continuous value.
  • Track key success metrics like retention and adoption, proactively addressing issues.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
  • 3-5 years in managing Customer Success teams, preferably in a SaaS environment with strong experience in enterprise customer success roles.
  • Extensive experience in implementing products in large organizations.
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and improving retention and adoption.
  • Strong leadership skills focused on mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems at scale.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
