What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional Professional Services team, coaching engineers and setting priorities aligned with hirify.global's goals.
- Build and scale the team through comprehensive talent lifecycle management, from recruiting to continuous growth investment.
- Drive regional Professional Services growth by partnering with Sales and Customer Success to expand reach and revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer outcomes by consistently delivering high-quality engagements and tracking key performance metrics.
- Collaborate across various internal teams like Service Operations, Technical Enablement, and Sales to align priorities and solve problems.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of hirify.global products and contribute strategically to services development.
- Manage customer escalations related to Professional Services delivery, resolving issues quickly and fostering learning.
- Take on assigned special projects and initiatives to support Services and hirify.global's overall success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or a related industry.
- 3+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- 2+ years managing Professional Services teams in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Demonstrated strong people leadership, excellent communication, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities.
