What you will do
- Uncover growth & monetization opportunities.
- Evaluate product experiences to identify friction points.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to surface key insights and answer critical business questions.
- Partner with product, design, research, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Conduct competitive analysis to track market trends.
- Run customer research through surveys, user interviews, and A/B tests.
Requirements
- Proven experience helping a SaaS company grow or monetize its product through a mix of pricing strategy, growth experimentation, and customer-driven insights.
- Strong first-principles thinking.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data using SQL, Python, R, VBA, or similar.
- Experienced in transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in qualitative research.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
- Built machine learning models or applied advanced data science techniques.
- Strong instincts for providing feedback that sharpens product design and copy.
