Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $86,400 - $108,000 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Conduct market research activities in support of the corporate strategy team.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product launches to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze macroeconomic and industry trends to support strategy and forecasting efforts.
• Support the design of customer-facing surveys and analyze the results.
• Assist with market sizing and opportunity analyses.
• Collaborate on data analysis and visualization efforts involving internal and external datasets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in market research or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform large volumes of data into strategic insights.
• Ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative market research.
• Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions.
