What you will do

• Lead analytical initiatives to drive product growth and user experience through strategic insights.
• Translate complex data analyses into compelling narratives that inspire action across all organizational levels.
• Design sophisticated analyses and predictive models to identify and prioritize critical moments in the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver strategic insights and operational reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and driving the implementation of operational optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in relevant business environments such as B2B SaaS or data consultancy.
• Fluency in SQL (writing complex multi-table joins, optimizing queries, debugging).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics for web analytics data and providing tagging specifications.
• Exceptional communication skills for data storytelling across diverse audiences.
