What you will do
- Model and simulate piezoelectric resonators and filters using finite element methods.
- Develop, automate, and run in-house FEM models using Comsol and scripting tools.
- Characterize and optimize linear and non-linear device performance.
- Model FBAR resonators and filter designs composed of FBAR and other RF components.
- Interact closely with measurement, characterization, and fabrication teams.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on piezoelectric resonator device physics and computational methods.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Comsol and general multi-physics FEA methods.
- Strong Matlab skills.
- Familiarity with basic acoustic resonator device physics.
Nice to have
- Experience with HFSS and ADS.
- Basic Python scripting ability.
- Knowledge of Uncertainty Quantification.
