Salary: $95,000–$189,290 annual base (varies by state/location).

What you will do
- Provide lead contracts support for Sanctum C-UAS proposals, captures, negotiations, PIAs, and bailments.
- Develop risk mitigation approaches, commercial terms, conditions, and contract structures.
- Coordinate with program office, risk management, legal, technical, and business teams.
- Evaluate contract performance, determine needs for amendments/extensions, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain communications for timely execution and consistency with negotiation agreements.
- Present complex contractual concepts to senior executives.
Requirements
- Commercial, federal, and international contracting experience with USG, DCS, and international customers.
- Experience drafting and reviewing terms and conditions.
- Experience presenting complex contractual concepts to senior executives.
- US work authorization (implied by US-specific benefits and locations).
