What you will do

• Provide lead contracts support for Sanctum C-UAS proposals, captures, negotiations, PIAs, and bailments.
• Develop risk mitigation approaches, commercial terms, conditions, and contract structures.
• Coordinate with program office, risk management, legal, technical, and business teams.
• Evaluate contract performance, determine needs for amendments/extensions, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain communications for timely execution and consistency with negotiation agreements.
• Present complex contractual concepts to senior executives.

Requirements

• Commercial, federal, and international contracting experience with USG, DCS, and international customers.
• Experience drafting and reviewing terms and conditions.
• Experience presenting complex contractual concepts to senior executives.
• US work authorization (implied by US-specific benefits and locations).
