Salary: $81,000–$88,000

What you will do

• Supervise shift of technical operators for cable networks and streaming, ensuring on-air schedules and 99.999% availability.
• Monitor satellite, fiber, terrestrial distribution, and cloud streams; manage daily NOC maintenance.
• Lead live event execution for Olympics, WWE, golf, and soccer, including routing, tunings, and contingency decisions.
• Facilitate issue resolution and coordination with Sales Ops, Engineering, Programming, and brand leaders.
• Develop scheduling plans, SOPs, and documentation; handle record/turnarounds and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in on-air broadcast environment and television production processes for news/sports/entertainment
• Strong computer, communication, facilitation, troubleshooting, and leadership skills in fast-paced settings
• Willingness to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime on short notice in 24/7 environment
• Track record of meeting performance expectations

Nice to have

• BA/BS in related field
• 3+ years leading live TV events and coaching teams
• Extensive knowledge of digital broadcast systems, cloud automation, video/audio troubleshooting
• Experience with staffing and off-hours scheduling
