hirify.global is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Embedded Systems, IoT, or Physical AI to build and expand its practice.

What you will do

  • Build and expand the Embedded Systems, IoT, or Physical AI sales practice.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, leveraging existing relationships to generate early revenue.
  • Build a high-value pipeline over the first year.
  • Confidently discuss embedded systems, including RTOS, Linux kernel, firmware (C/C++/Rust), and communication protocols.
  • Understand the Physical AI landscape: edge inference, computer vision on embedded platforms, digital twins, and AI-physical systems convergence.
  • Engage in consultative selling with engineering leadership, product management, and procurement stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales.
  • At least 5 years selling embedded systems, IoT platforms, firmware engineering, robotics, or hardware-adjacent professional services.
  • Direct experience selling engineering services to hardware companies, industrial OEMs, automotive, medical devices, or smart infrastructure verticals.
  • Track record of consistently delivering $2M+ in annual new-business revenue (or comparable quota attainment).
  • Active, named relationships with engineering and product leaders at companies building connected devices, autonomous systems, edge platforms, or physical AI applications.
