What you will do
- Own the Enterprise revenue target and deliver consistent, predictable growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving best practices in discovery and MEDDICC.
- Ensure healthy pipeline coverage and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Standardize and improve the Enterprise sales motion in collaboration with RevOps and Marketing.
- Provide structured feedback to Product regarding roadmap gaps and buyer objections.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and territory strategy as the company scales.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing Account Executives.
- Proven success selling to Enterprise and Strategic accounts with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience working in Series A–C environments with evolving processes.
- Ability to sell effectively into technical buyers, including Engineering, DevOps, and Platform teams.
- Must be based in Boston or New York.
