What you will do
- Create clear product messaging for different audiences, focusing on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering to shape product features and market positioning.
- Turn product releases into impactful market moments.
- Develop detailed buyer personas, competitive analysis, and messaging that converts.
- Enable sales teams with training programs and assets.
- Drive customer expansion and advocacy through programs, case studies, and success stories.
- Build scalable systems and processes for product launches and releases.
- Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and scaling processes in a dynamic startup environment.
- Deep experience partnering with Product teams on messaging, positioning, and market launches.
- Revenue-focused mindset with a strong understanding of customer buying and sales processes.
- Track record as a trusted partner to GTM leaders in building revenue foundations and driving growth.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments.
