What you will do
- Own outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations with ideal prospects.
- Learn what makes buyers tick by asking smart questions and understanding their goals, pains, and priorities.
- Qualify leads and book meetings to tee up high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
- Track and improve performance by hitting targets, testing tactics, and helping fine-tune strategies.
- Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with marketing, product, and leadership to keep the company customer-obsessed.
- Represent hirify.global IRL by joining the team at events, conferences, and other places where buyers are present.
