TL;DR

Client Operations: Driving day-to-day execution for a key client relationship, including onboarding, configuration, and issue investigation for a B2B SaaS platform with an accent on client delivery, product execution, and technical problem-solving. Location: Remote from South Africa. Working hours primarily align with UK working hours across weekdays.

Salary: Up to ZAR 600,000

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day execution for a key client relationship.
  • Drive onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Translate client needs into clear actions and priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to unblock progress.
  • Investigate delivery or technical issues to understand root causes.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, documentation, analysis, and delivery.
  • Improve internal processes, documentation, and delivery playbooks over time.
  • Take responsibility for outcomes, even when requirements evolve or are initially unclear.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hands-on role such as client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, or technical account management.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort working with technical or complex systems.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently, or a clear willingness to adopt them quickly.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with large or complex clients.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, integrations, or developer-facing products.
  • Experience in sports, media, or content platforms.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows, automation, or decision-making.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
