What you will do
- Own the success of Enterprise and high-value self-serve customers.
- Lead customer onboarding, technical demos, and ongoing account management.
- Act as the first line of technical troubleshooting, documenting and escalating issues.
- Partner with Product, ML, Engineering, and Sales to coordinate renewals and improvements.
- Capture, structure, and share customer feedback and account insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Enterprise or high-value SaaS customers, ideally in a technical or API-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend concepts for advising and troubleshooting.
- Experience providing first-line technical support and working with engineering-minded users.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy, async communication, and distributed teams.
- Clear, structured communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience working with APIs, AI/ML products, or developer-focused platforms.
- Additional languages beyond English.
