TL;DR

Client Success Director (SaaS): Managing hirify.global Enterprise clients' books of business, building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, growing the impact of the hirify.global program and managing the commercial relationship and renewals of the overall portfolio with an accent on driving revenue growth and managing portfolios of complex clients. Focus on navigating complex organizations, mapping the decision making processes and key people, and identifying the business needs of the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy). Expectation to be in the office roughly 1-2x/week.

What you will do

  • Coach, grow and manage a team of senior client success managers (account managers), who are directly responsible for their books of business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders of the key clients, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.
  • Interact with other hirify.global teams (e.g., Client Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing) to ensure the strategic plans built for the clients are well executed internally.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our vision and capabilities in shaping the future of Employee Wellbeing.
  • Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven Success in SaaS Account Management with Enterprise clients (companies with 500+ FTEs) in the Italian market with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing portfolios of complex clients.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams, including with senior account managers.
  • Experience in navigating complex organizations, mapping the decision making processes and key people, and identifying the business needs of the organization.
  • Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present in a compelling way to prospects.
