What you will do

• Own product discovery and delivery for key areas of the Clinical AI Assistant.
• Partner with the UX team to shape intuitive, safe, and clinician-centered user experiences.
• Translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and PRDs.
• Prioritize initiatives and communicate priorities transparently to stakeholders.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, research, clinical, legal, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams.
• Engage directly with healthcare professionals to gather insights and validate solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience working on B2B products.
• Strong engineering understanding, with the ability to work effectively and credibly with engineers.
• AI-fluent, comfortable discussing AI concepts, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI or data-heavy products.
• Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments.
