What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Nexa features.
• Prioritize the backlog of components, patterns, documentation, and tooling to maximize value.
• Collaborate closely with UX, front end, platform, and brand teams.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and overall quality at scale.
• Drive adoption by promoting best practices and supporting teams.
• Utilize feedback, usage data, and team input to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise-scale environments.
• Focused on user value, measurable outcomes, and continuous discovery.
• Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery needs.
• Skilled in translating business needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Solid understanding of UX, accessibility, and front-end technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience turning complex internal data into actionable insights for developer platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience launching or scaling features within internal developer portals.
