Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany. Frequent travel to engage partners on-site required.

What you will do
- Own and scale Deutsche Telekom as a strategic partner, driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
- Design and execute high-impact activation initiatives such as calling days, joint events, fairs, workshops, and co-sell campaigns.
- Establish repeatable partner motions, ensuring clean lead routing, CRM alignment, clear SLAs, and strong follow-through.
- Expand existing Mid-Market success into the Large Enterprise segment by leveraging partner networks and executive relationships.
- Maintain operational excellence through structured cadence, forecasting discipline, and clear pipeline reporting.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to continuously refine and scale the Telekom growth playbook.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner or channel sales, ideally working with large enterprise resellers or strategic ecosystem partners.
- Strong track record of activating partners and generating measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within security, compliance, or adjacent B2B tech industries.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate confidently at senior levels in both German and English.
- High level of ownership and execution strength, building momentum without waiting for perfect structures.
- Strong operational mindset with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and partner reporting discipline.
- Willingness to travel frequently and engage partners on-site to drive activation and relationship depth.
