What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers as their main point of contact.
- Guide new customers through structured onboarding and ensure effective platform adoption.
- Manage contract renewals and collaborate with Sales on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent customer interests internally, sharing structured feedback with Product, Support, and Management.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, taking proactive action on risks or bottlenecks.
- Plan and lead periodic business reviews to discuss progress, usage, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills in German (native or fluent) and English.
- Comfortable learning new tools and explaining product value to customers.
- Ability to work in a structured, proactive way and manage priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar.
- Fluency in French or Italian.
