TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building strong customer relationships and driving retention and revenue growth in the DACH region for a sustainable agri-food supply chain platform, with an accent on onboarding, adoption, and proactive support. Focus on managing contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and representing customer interests to internal teams.

Location: You can work from our Amsterdam office or partially remotely within the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers as their main point of contact.
  • Guide new customers through structured onboarding and ensure effective platform adoption.
  • Manage contract renewals and collaborate with Sales on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent customer interests internally, sharing structured feedback with Product, Support, and Management.
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, taking proactive action on risks or bottlenecks.
  • Plan and lead periodic business reviews to discuss progress, usage, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills in German (native or fluent) and English.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and explaining product value to customers.
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive way and manage priorities effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar.
  • Fluency in French or Italian.
