What you will do

  • Drive net-new revenue growth and manage upsell opportunities within the assigned UKI territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business at mid-market companies (up to 1,000 employees).
  • Creatively source new prospects and position hirify.global's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert, staying current on competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
  • Negotiate solutions and advocate for client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B closing experience within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong track record in prospecting, creating new business, and growing existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure, and remain highly responsive to customers.
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Critical and strategic thinking, demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency.
  • Must be based in Reading, United Kingdom.
