What you will do
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within the assigned region.
- Scope, negotiate, and bring agreements to closure to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts.
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically CIO and CSO level).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive visibility and engagement with target accounts.
- Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management markets.
- Ability to adapt, thrive, and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to skillfully interact with technical stakeholders as well as executive decision makers.
- Success in owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach/methodology.
- Comfortable in team selling environment, working in close collaboration with peers in the hirify.global sales organization.
- History and reputable track record of exceeding goals and sales quotas.
