TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Edtech, SaaS): Expanding business with existing high-potential customers and acquiring new ones, with an accent on strategic sales cycles, lead generation, and territory planning. Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Tuesday-Thursday onsite) or Remote from the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
  • Research customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives to align hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Partner and collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
  • Own and successfully lead through entire complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.
  • Travel to meet customers whenever possible to advance mutual partnerships and sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to enterprise clients.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
  • Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, technology executives, and talent leaders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong hunter skills with expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage executive-level stakeholders.
