What you will do
- Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend.
- Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
- Research customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives to align hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Partner and collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
- Own and successfully lead through entire complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.
- Travel to meet customers whenever possible to advance mutual partnerships and sales cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to enterprise clients.
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
- Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, technology executives, and talent leaders within large enterprise organizations.
- Strong hunter skills with expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage executive-level stakeholders.
