Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 MXN Monthly

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Europe and the Americas.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture to understand business needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key disciplines.
• Leverage sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Drive consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or French required.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets and employment practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (TurboHire preferred) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
