What you will do
- Design and execute campus recruiting strategies, including internship and new grad hiring.
- Lead planning and execution of campus programming (tech talks, career fairs, branding events).
- Partner with hiring managers to assess recruiting needs for early-career and experienced roles.
- Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
- Analyze, track, and communicate key hiring metrics for campus cycles and industry roles.
- Manage the intern-to-full-time conversion process, ensuring a supportive experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for roles like Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Management, Design & Research.
- Proven experience in University/Campus Recruiting, including understanding the academic calendar.
- Experience building or managing campus programming (intern social calendars, mentorship, diversity outreach).
- Ability to pivot between high-volume campus recruiting and targeted industry sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, in-person, phone).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to triage pipeline data and adapt strategies.
- Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies in recruitment.
