Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX

What you will do

  • Design and execute campus recruiting strategies, including internship and new grad hiring.
  • Lead planning and execution of campus programming (tech talks, career fairs, branding events).
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess recruiting needs for early-career and experienced roles.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze, track, and communicate key hiring metrics for campus cycles and industry roles.
  • Manage the intern-to-full-time conversion process, ensuring a supportive experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for roles like Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Management, Design & Research.
  • Proven experience in University/Campus Recruiting, including understanding the academic calendar.
  • Experience building or managing campus programming (intern social calendars, mentorship, diversity outreach).
  • Ability to pivot between high-volume campus recruiting and targeted industry sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, in-person, phone).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to triage pipeline data and adapt strategies.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies in recruitment.
