What you will do
- Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse and evolving roles.
- Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and competitive analysis.
- Utilize data and metrics to optimize pipeline health and drive process improvements.
- Advise hiring managers on interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
- Promote hirify.global’s brand and culture to candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM or Sales hiring.
- Minimum 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing Series B or later-stage SaaS company.
- Proven success in developing top-of-funnel strategies and sourcing passive talent through creative and data-informed methods.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and follow-through.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with executives and hiring managers.
- Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools (preferably Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Findem, or equivalent).
