Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 USD + Equity + Benefits

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse and evolving roles.
• Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and competitive analysis.
• Utilize data and metrics to optimize pipeline health and drive process improvements.
• Advise hiring managers on interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
• Promote hirify.global’s brand and culture to candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM or Sales hiring.
• Minimum 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing Series B or later-stage SaaS company.
• Proven success in developing top-of-funnel strategies and sourcing passive talent through creative and data-informed methods.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with executives and hiring managers.
• Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools (preferably Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Findem, or equivalent).
