Salary: GBP 125,000–165,000

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate various GTM and vendor agreements (MSAs, SaaS contracts, channel/reseller).
• Develop and refine legal templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial matters, intellectual property, and data privacy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering on contract issues, ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s standards.
• Advise on global privacy and data protection frameworks including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and LGPD, with emphasis on UK and EU law.
• Monitor AI regulation and compliance, integrating relevant terms into contracting strategy.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practicing certificate.
• Proven track-record of delivering commercial advice and contracts within a fast-paced UK tech company.
• Demonstrable experience advising on AI regulation and compliance.
• Familiarity with cross-border matters across Europe and local counsel engagement.
• Strong proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (Ironclad desirable).
• Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
