Location: Onsite in Dallas, United States. The role requires in-person collaboration at hirify.global's new Dallas office as part of its U.S. expansion.
Salary: $270,000 – $320,000 USD (Offers Equity) with a 70/30 split.

What you will do
- Lead the strategic integration of hirify.global's AI solutions into client workflows.
- Evangelize the power of LLMs and enable end-users for daily adoption.
- Manage client relationships as a primary contact, offering prescriptive and consultative guidance.
- Drive client satisfaction and ROI by managing adoption rates, utilization metrics, and KPIs.
- Encourage user and stakeholder engagement to create hirify.global advocates.
- Relay client insights to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
Requirements
- Background in management consulting or technology advisory at a top-tier firm, or strategic customer success/account management in an Enterprise SaaS or legal environment (big law or in-house) required.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Results-driven with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and demanding customers.
