Salary: $90,746–$200,000

What you will do
- Identify, monitor, and track opportunities well in advance of formal RFPs, analyzing customer priorities and market signals.
- Gather and consolidate business intelligence through various customer engagement activities to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer contacts, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Qualify opportunities and prepare go/no-go recommendations for leadership.
- Lead the development of win themes, differentiators, and value propositions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to proposal writing and design teams for high-quality submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 6+ years of experience in customer development, business development, capture management, or strategic pursuit roles.
- Demonstrated leadership of proposal writing and design teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
- Proven analytical skills in evaluating customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification frameworks.
