What you will do
- Own growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, identifying customer requirements.
- Manage the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying and resolving renewal risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer hand-off and product adoption.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion quota attainment.
- Promote hirify.global’s products and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues in creative ways.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete, “big-picture” understanding of business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Written and spoken fluency in German and English required.
