What you will do
- Forge and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including management and executive stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for achieving customer objectives through a consultative approach and leverage hirify.global assessments.
- Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to ensure ongoing success.
- Perform periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Renewal Specialists and Account Managers to drive renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior customer service.
- Fluent in German is required.
- Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
