TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Building effective relationships with customers and maximizing customer lifetime value within an assigned portfolio with an accent on delivering a great customer experience, maximizing product use, and exceeding customer expectations. Focus on managing new customer onboarding, assisting with renewals, discovering upsell opportunities, and maintaining CRM.

Location: This position is located in Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

  • Forge and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including management and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for achieving customer objectives through a consultative approach and leverage hirify.global assessments.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to ensure ongoing success.
  • Perform periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Renewal Specialists and Account Managers to drive renewals, upsells, and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior customer service.
  • Fluent in German is required.
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
