What you will do
- Establish and grow trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers.
- Drive key relationships to ensure successful hirify.global product implementation and adoption.
- Work proactively with customers to use outcome-based reporting and KPIs to demonstrate return on investment.
- Conduct Quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes are achieved and track product adoption.
- Define and execute success plans for at-risk customers in collaboration with functional teams.
- Partner closely with the sales team on contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Sales Engineer, or Account Management role.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers (Executive level, CXO).
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, mitigate customer churn, and drive renewals.
- Knowledge of enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure) including support and security operations.
- Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration, UNIX/Linux, and databases.
- Fluency in English and Native German are essential.
Nice to have
- Scripting, development, and DevOps experience.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Prior experience with hirify.global Software solutions or relevant experience in IAM and SIEM space.
