What you will do
- Forge relationships with new and existing enterprise customers, including management and executive stakeholders.
- Develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives and improving security awareness programs.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics, performing periodic business reviews.
- Coordinate with Renewal Specialists and identify opportunities for add-ons and upgrades.
- Maintain impeccable administration of accounts in the Company’s CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts (1000+ employees) with complex IT systems.
- Experience communicating with high-level executives while maintaining presence and composure.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Microsoft Excel and Word, Gmail and Google Docs, and web browsers.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager and SACP Certification.

- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
