Location: Hybrid in Peterborough or London, UK (2 days per week in office, rest remote).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for 10-15 roles, ensuring accuracy and smooth processes.
• Deploy diverse sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to engage qualified candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR BPs, and candidates as a trusted talent advisor.
• Champion diversity initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies and unbiased candidate evaluation.
• Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Manage and optimize agency and job board relationships for cost-effective, high-quality pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven in-house experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in working under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ATS/HR systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office in Peterborough or London).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Additional languages are a plus.
