What you will do
- Own and execute global recruiting strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A roles.
- Lead the end-to-end candidate lifecycle and personally drive priority hires as a player-coach.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team and strengthen employer brand presence.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards to track pipeline health and improve hiring decisions with data.
- Drive adoption of AI tools in recruiting for sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting.
- Manage recruiting systems and continuously improve processes for efficiency and predictability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing tech companies, with 2+ years owning the talent function.
- Experience leading global or multi-region recruiting, especially in EMEA, with exposure to UAE.
- Proven success recruiting across technical and GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of reducing agency dependence and partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong recruiting analytics, ATS reporting, and sourcing expertise.
- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools in recruiting.
