Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech): Leading full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a fintech environment with an accent on developing effective recruitment strategies and sourcing top-tier IT talent. Focus on maintaining recruitment workflow compliance, leveraging data for decisions, and enhancing employer brand within the tech community.

Location: Fully remote within Europe (including EEA, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and Western Balkans) or other locations able to work within CET timezone.

What you will do

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent.
  • Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications, and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data, including vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire.
  • Actively promote the company’s culture and values to enhance the employer brand within the tech community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, reference checking).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills with a strong command of methodologies.
  • Experience in sourcing passive talent.
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English.
