What you will do
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent.
- Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications, and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data, including vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire.
- Actively promote the company’s culture and values to enhance the employer brand within the tech community.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, reference checking).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills with a strong command of methodologies.
- Experience in sourcing passive talent.
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English.
