TL;DR

Recruiter I (HR): Designing and executing customized candidate recruiting plans to build and scale the EMEA region with an accent on end-to-end recruiting lifecycle management and talent acquisition strategy implementation. Focus on identifying and engaging top talent across various functions, leveraging data for process improvement, and enhancing the company's brand.

What you will do

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent across diverse functions including Business Development, Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role.
  • Monitor and improve recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting.
  • Utilize broader industry trends and data to continuously enhance the company’s brand from a hiring perspective.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role (recruiter, sourcer, or coordinator).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a full cycle recruitment role.
  • Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions, including Director level roles.
  • Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and a track record of successfully sourcing passive talent.
  • Experience with a modern applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse ATS.

Nice to have

  • Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry.
