What you will do
- Source, screen, and progress candidates through end-to-end interview pipelines.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies using various tools like LinkedIn, ATS Lever, boolean searching, networking, and events.
- Interview candidates, prioritizing culture fit and utilizing virtual screening calls.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with all candidates, ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
- Work collaboratively across the wider Talent team and take a consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on speed, quality, and diversity.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing and innovating ways to engage with talent.
- Ability to screen and assess talent, comfortable with virtual phone screens to evaluate cultural fit.
- Experience recruiting across tech, finance, or investment roles in a fast-moving business, or other mid to senior level roles.
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing candidates for both hard skills and cultural qualities.
