Talent Acquisition Specialist (Engineering): Responsible for full-cycle technical recruiting for the Engineering organization, focusing on proactive sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. Location: This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs in London, UK, or Boston, USA. Relocation support is available to these locations.

What you will do

  • Hire exceptional talent across the Builders organisation, with a focus on Engineering, ensuring alignment with hirify.global's mission and values.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding, delivering a seamless candidate experience.
  • Boost the Employer Brand by hosting virtual events, attending hiring fairs, and engaging with talent communities.
  • Develop and test innovative sourcing strategies using creative outreach, data insights, and new recruitment tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent, with a strong focus on Engineering roles including Front-End, Back-End, and Full-Stack developers.
  • Significant experience handling full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background hiring in a similar tech-driven or product-led company.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing sourcing performance.
  • Creative and proactive mindset, confident experimenting with new tools and methods.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English: B2 required.
