TL;DR

Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships: Defining and executing hirify.global’s global partnership strategy to accelerate growth and market expansion with an accent on identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with various partners. Focus on building a sustainable partner operating model, leading international go-to-market strategies, and establishing KPIs for partner-sourced revenue.

Location: Remote in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, or the European Union, or a hybrid option in our Berlin or Paris office.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute hirify.global’s global strategic partnership roadmap to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and ecosystem strength.
  • Build and operationalize a sustainable partner operating model complementing the direct sales strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners across technology, channel, and priority industry verticals.
  • Lead the international partner go-to-market strategy across Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, North America, and APAC.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic alliances through joint business planning and executive alignment.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global partnerships team, and represent hirify.global externally at industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market growth internationally.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is required; German and French proficiency is a plus.
