What you will do

  • Define strategy and roadmap for web tracking products.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of global web tracking products.
  • Support shaping global web tracking strategy and orchestrate delivery across engineering, analytics, marketing, and compliance.
  • Partner across teams to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives (re-platforming, consent changes, front-end releases).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of web tracking architectures (data layers, event schemas, tagging frameworks, tracking specifications).
  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch).
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, GA4).
  • Strong knowledge of first-party data collection, cookie behaviour, consent frameworks, and privacy/compliance requirements across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, SPA frameworks, browser restrictions such as ITP/ETP).
  • Experience managing large-scale tracking implementations during front-end migrations, redesigns, replatforming, and multi-brand rollouts.
  • Ability to diagnose and direct resolution of data quality issues.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Understanding of analytics use cases (attribution, personalisation, experimentation, and funnel optimisation).
  • Experience governing tracking standards and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
