What you will do

• Develop and evolve the Arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new mechanics and instant-win genres.
• Partner with Design and Engine teams to define game "hook" with optimal volatility, RTP, and player feel.
• Act as bridge between Game Studio and business stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, CRM) to align product vision with commercial goals.
• Identify market risks and opportunities, keeping production agile to player trends and regulations.
• Manage localisation and product-market fit for games across UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.

Requirements

• Strategic and visionary experience as Product Manager with specialism in Arcade and Slots.
• Ability to hold the pen on roadmap vision and keep portfolio ahead of the curve.
