What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with the wider company vision and goals.
• Create and manage roadmap priorities across the assigned product domain.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to bring clarity to delivery order and requirements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product journeys to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Utilize data, market insights, and customer understanding to inform product decisions.
• Build relationships with operators and internal stakeholders to enhance commercial value.

Requirements

• Strong product experience in software or digital platform environments, ideally within online betting and gaming.
• Proven track record across the full product lifecycle, from concept and roadmap to adoption.
• Ability to shape high-level requirements and provide clear product direction.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making.
• Confidence in influencing and aligning technology, commercial, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid arrangement requiring office attendance in Newcastle-upon-Tyne two days a week.
