Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, USA. Candidates must have permission to work in the US without sponsorship. New FundAppers are required to spend 3 days per week at the New York office during their first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 / year

What you will do

• Ensure a consistently excellent client experience by planning, scheduling, and managing implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live.
• Create bespoke implementation plans based on the client’s product suite, profile, and objectives.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, acting as both a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project manager.
• Guide clients through data and technical requirements to build XML/CSV files and configure APIs.
• Proactively anticipate potential project blockers and challenges, finding solutions and owning delivery.
• Contribute to company goals by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech company.
• Financial industry knowledge and experience working with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and/or banks.
• A track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous complex implementation projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of project scheduling, scope management, resource management, issue tracking, and escalation management.
• Proven ability to learn technical and financial knowledge relating to hirify.global (e.g., manipulating XMLs, using APIs).
• Experience managing numerous stakeholders with different levels of seniority and priorities.
• Permission to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
