Implementation Manager (Fintech): Ensuring clients can quickly use services by managing implementation projects from kick-off to go-live with an accent on technical system setup and client experience. Location: Hybrid in New York, USA. Candidates must have permission to work in the US without sponsorship. New FundAppers are required to spend 3 days per week at the New York office during their first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week in the office.
Salary: $110,000β$140,000 / year

What you will do
- Ensure a consistently excellent client experience by planning, scheduling, and managing implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live.
- Create bespoke implementation plans based on the clientβs product suite, profile, and objectives.
- Facilitate recurring meetings, acting as both a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project manager.
- Guide clients through data and technical requirements to build XML/CSV files and configure APIs.
- Proactively anticipate potential project blockers and challenges, finding solutions and owning delivery.
- Contribute to company goals by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech company.
- Financial industry knowledge and experience working with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and/or banks.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous complex implementation projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of project scheduling, scope management, resource management, issue tracking, and escalation management.
- Proven ability to learn technical and financial knowledge relating to (e.g., manipulating XMLs, using APIs).
- Experience managing numerous stakeholders with different levels of seniority and priorities.
- Permission to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
