What you will do
- Lead the development and refinement of IG's marketing mix model, delivering insights on channel effectiveness and optimal budget allocation.
- Design incrementality and geo-based experiments to validate and refine MMM outputs.
- Build and maintain marketing effectiveness dashboards and reporting for data-driven optimization.
- Champion analytical rigor and best practices in marketing measurement, educating teams on methodology.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and data quality.
- Contribute to the strategic narrative around marketing effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing investment decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing effectiveness or econometrics, ideally within financial services, fintech, or ecommerce.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex analytical challenges.
- Demonstrated track record of translating technical analysis into strategic marketing recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels including paid search, display, social media, and ATL.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred) and understanding of compliance considerations in marketing measurement.
