What you will do

• Lead Paid Social strategy for 5-6 clients by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans.
• Drive daily performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap by maintaining setup standards and continuous testing.
• Analyze performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, translating data into effective solutions.
• Maintain expert-level platform knowledge through continuous upskilling and the hirify.global induction program.

Requirements

• Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
• Commitment to driving best in class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.
• Proactive mindset and passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive performance.
• Track record of driving Paid Social performance by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
