Location: Must be based in Pennsylvania and be able to travel to client sites. Periodic travel to HippocraticAI offices (e.g., Palo Alto) is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical aspects of payor engagements during pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
• Serve as the primary technical resource, educating clients on features, functionalities, and use cases.
• Provide expert guidance in areas such as claims processing, coverage determinations, and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales) to drive successful outcomes.
• Develop tooling and playbooks to streamline and automate key pre-sales activities for payor clients.
• Navigate complex topics such as data integrations (EHR, CRM, ERP), product configuration, and interoperability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating platforms using APIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare data models.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.
• Experience partnering with engineers to deliver product features.

Nice to have

• Comfortable reading and debugging Python.
• Start-up experience preferred.
• Experience integrating with ancillary healthcare modules (CRMs, pop health systems, ERP, etc).
